This policy explains how Dr.PAL Project 2028 handles personal data collected through this website, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Reg. EU 2016/679).

We collect only data you voluntarily provide via the contact form:

We do not collect browsing data, use tracking cookies, or load third-party analytics scripts.

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the mandatory checkbox in the contact form.
3. Purpose
Data is used solely to reply to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing without additional consent.
4. Sub-processor — Netlify Forms
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), our hosting sub-processor. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Retention period
Submissions are kept for the time strictly necessary to respond to the contact, and no longer than 12 months, after which they are deleted.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access — know what data is held.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent — without affecting lawfulness of prior processing.

Dr.PAL Project 2028 uses AI tools (including large language models) to support content production and decision-making processes. Users should critically validate any AI-generated information. We use only essential cookies to store language preference and cookie-consent status. No third-party or advertising cookies are used.
9. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: CNPD — Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt), or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
